In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "join9" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the join9 online betting and casino platform accessible at join9.io and all associated services, software, interfaces, and content.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the join9 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to a registered player profile created on join9 that enables access to betting, casino, and related features.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held within a player's join9 account, including real-money deposits, winnings, and any applicable bonus amounts.

• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification process required before a player may withdraw funds from their join9 account.

To open and maintain a join9 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. join9 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 and will require documentary proof of age as part of the KYC verification process.
• You are registering and playing as an individual on your own behalf — not as a representative, agent, or nominee of any other person or legal entity.
• You do not already hold an existing join9 account. Opening a second or duplicate account is prohibited and will result in both accounts being permanently closed.
• Your participation in online betting and casino gaming is not prohibited by any law, regulation, or court order applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or agent of join9 or any of its affiliated software or payment providers.
• You are not depositing funds derived from criminal activity, and you are not using join9 for any money-laundering or financial fraud purpose.

To access real-money betting and casino features on join9, you must complete the account registration process and provide accurate, complete, and current information. The following rules apply to all join9 accounts:

3.1 Accuracy of Information

You must provide your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in your own name. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account closure.

3.2 One Account Rule

Each individual player may hold only one join9 account. join9 employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate registrations based on device fingerprinting, IP address, payment method, and identity document matching. Where a duplicate account is detected, join9 will close all duplicate accounts and may withhold any balances held in those accounts.

3.3 KYC Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal, join9 requires every player to complete identity verification (KYC). You will be required to submit a government-issued photo identification document (such as a National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and, where required, a recent proof of address. join9 may also request a selfie or video verification. All submitted documents must be clear, legible, and unaltered. join9 reserves up to 5 business days to review submitted KYC documentation.

3.4 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your join9 login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential. You must not share your credentials with any other person. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact [email protected] immediately. join9 cannot be held responsible for any losses caused by your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

join9 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional banking channels including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Sonali Bank may be available subject to periodic updates. Visa and Mastercard may be accepted for certain transaction types. join9 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Own-Funds Requirement

All payment methods used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in your own legal name, matching the name on your join9 account. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and will be returned net of any transfer fees. join9 will not process withdrawals to payment accounts held in names other than the account holder's verified name.

4.3 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set per payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. join9 may impose maximum daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits on individual accounts, particularly prior to the completion of KYC verification. Verified accounts typically have access to higher withdrawal limits.

4.4 Processing Times

Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your join9 balance within 60 seconds under normal operating conditions. Withdrawal requests are processed within 4 hours on standard Bangladesh business days (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). 4.5 Currency

All transactions on join9 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). join9 does not currently accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by your payment provider are your sole responsibility.

join9 offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside the relevant promotion:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn as real money.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on join9 are subject to acceptance by join9 at its sole discretion. join9 reserves the right to decline, void, or limit any bet at any time prior to settlement, including where there is a system error, odds error, or reasonable suspicion of irregular betting patterns.

6.2 Odds and Markets

Odds displayed on join9 are updated in real time and are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of bet confirmation are the odds at which the bet is settled, regardless of subsequent market movement. join9 makes no guarantee that any specific market or event will remain available for betting throughout its duration.

6.3 Void Bets

Bets may be voided and stakes returned in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, event postponement beyond 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, obvious pricing errors, or the identification of match-fixing or result manipulation by relevant sporting authorities.

6.4 In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers matches), football, kabaddi, and other sports is available subject to market availability. In-play odds may be suspended temporarily during significant events within a match (e.g., wickets falling in cricket). All in-play bets are subject to the same acceptance and void rules as pre-match bets.

6.5 Maximum Winnings

join9 applies maximum payout limits per event and per player account per day. These limits are applied at join9's discretion and may vary by sport, market type, and player account status. Where a calculated payout would exceed the applicable maximum, the payout is capped at the maximum and any excess is not paid.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the join9 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one join9 account, or facilitating the use of your account by any third party.
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or third-party payment methods for any deposit or withdrawal transaction.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid detection thresholds, or using join9 for any financial crime purpose.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino games, or any competitive format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, algorithms, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the join9 platform in any way not explicitly permitted.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, or any strategy specifically designed to exploit promotional terms without genuine recreational play intent.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or interfere with any aspect of the join9 platform, its infrastructure, or its data systems.
• Communicating abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing content to join9 staff or other players via any support or chat channel.

join9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe following a withdrawal request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Identification of the player as a person who has self-excluded or been excluded from gambling platforms.
• Detection of a duplicate account linked to the same individual.
• Receiving a legal order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring account action.

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these terms, join9 reserves the right to withhold any remaining account balance. Where closure is initiated by join9 for administrative reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their last verified withdrawal method within 10 business days.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, join9 excludes all liability for:

• Losses attributable to changes in law, regulation, or enforcement action in your jurisdiction.

join9's aggregate liability to any individual player for any direct loss arising from a verified platform error shall not exceed the value of the affected stake or transaction. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by join9's gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by join9.

All content on the join9 platform — including but not limited to the join9 brand name, logo, website design, user interface elements, game graphics, promotional materials, written content, and software — is the intellectual property of join9 or its licensed third-party suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the join9 platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any join9 content without prior written authorisation from join9. Unauthorised use of any join9 intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property law.
